Ideally we’d like at least a week’s notice. It depends on what you’d like made with ice and where you’d like it delivered.
If we are ‘freezing-in’ products, then more lead time is required as the products need to be delivered to us first.
For example, flowers can only be frozen in otherwise they would die and they take time to be placed in the ice.
We can accommodate late orders when required though.
