Visitors to the International Food and Drink Exhibition (IFE) 2015 were once again welcomed by the spectacular British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) Ice wall, which this year highlighted the significance of the frozen food industry in reducing the impact of global food waste.
Twenty blocks of crystal clear ice perfectly showcased the logos of BFFF sponsors along with an eye catching array of freshly frozen fruit, vegetables, herbs and fish.
We spent two weeks freezing and designing the component parts of the giant Ice Wall in our studio, which we then installed at the entrance to the show at London’s ExCel.
Due to its impressive design and high level of attraction the Ice Wall was continuously surrounded by a very intrigued crowd wanting to get a closer look (and touch!) to find out what it was all about. It sparked huge interest at the show and enabled BFFF and their sponsors to interact with visitors in a totally unique and memorable way, whilst also delivering an important message to a wide and receptive audience.
